[V8] Overheard at the dealer this afternoon. (longish)

So...

I'm thinking I'll print this and walk in and sit down with the salesman
who's been hounding since I test drive an Allroad.

Or... Maybe we can get a list of local A6 4.2 owners and just send it
to all of them.

Or... Send  to both Audi of America and MB of America and just see
what they think of the practices of Phil Long's service dept.

Or... Just send to the BBB.

So many ideas... so little time...
