How to get great dealer service

Try getting to know your technician/mechanic. You may find out he
suffers from extreme overload, jerks for bosses, immense pressure from
every direction and mostly just wants to do a good job. If so, then that
is the guy you want. Take him to lunch - establish a bit of a personal
relationship, and he'll take good care of your car.
There are also those who care nothing about cars or customers. When I
find them I run swiftly in the other direction!
