Here in the US at least, someone sued the major three automotive
manufacturers -- and won -- because he held patent to the infinite delay
wiper, and had proof of showing it to them. Since that time, I have yet to
find any car with an infinite delay wiper from any manufacturer in the US.
Yes, it is an unfortunate step backward.
