Need 87 5KTQA Rear Window

The defroster wires have been erased from my rear window by previous owners.
I'm going to replace the glass with one that has wires. Any idea as to the
best source for the glass part. The locals here all seem to want about $500
for the thing installed. I don't know the division between part and labor.
