override 15mph diff-lock-off?

On the ur-quattro, you cut or insert a switch in the red/yellow wire
going to pin 1 of the differential lock controller 893 919 173.  This
robs the controller of its road speed input.  The warning light function
is retained - I would suggest either relocating the bulb or adding one
in parallel to an unused space in the dashboard to make it harder to
overlook, although the ABS-off light should be sufficient reminder.

I don't know where the controller is mounted in a Type 44 - it's not
a relay-type thing but a separate screw-on box.  Under the dash,
perhaps?
