The determining factor is what the buyback price is, I see they have placed
an ACV (actual cash value) of 2300 on it (Before or after deductable?) and
after net price with a undisclosed deduction.  The wording almost sounds
like the buyback price is $1800 which is nearly impossible.  Likely the
buyback price is ~$400 and this sounds to be a good vehicle to buy back.
