Snap-On makes one. I've got the normal length version, and it's 
superb. I rarely use any other screw driver. They also make stubby 
and long versions. The ratcheting mechanism is sturdy, and provides 
the perfect amount of feedback. This screw driver is also available 
under another brand name, perhaps Williams? It is by far my favorite 
everyday tool.
