MC-1 with MC-2 components

My '90 200TQ has got an early engine (JY) with low compression & K26
turbo (water cooled), but the injection, vacuum layout, ignition,
computer (MAC-14), harness etc. is from an MC-2. For some very strange
reason, the engine has got both knock sensors installed, despite being
that old. From what I can see, both the chipped and non-chipped MC-2
runs lower boost than the MC-1. How is this setup performance-wise
compared to a complete MC-1 or MC-2 setup?
