Yup, they are identical.

Sorry, no. The seat bottom including the side bolsters is one single piece.

Better use hog rings instead of cable ties, to avoid the wrath of the Audi 
Gods. Seems like I've f**ked up big time by not adhering to Audi practice, 
even though I've been told by someone that decent cable ties (tie wraps) 
last at least six years, and counting. Apparently, this 'technology' has 
moved on a bit.
