Coupe Q/4000Q Release Bearing Removal/Refitting BTDT

Hi again,

as part of this weeks project i am also going to replace the clutch and
release bearing, clutch plates are on the new engine now drama there but i
do need a little help with the RB. Not sure how to get it off and the new
one on, i have read Bentlry and Haynes but they don't seem to list the
procedure, maybe i am looking t the wrong pages!!!!
