Seat foam replacement

I had a crazy idea the other week, and this reminds me.

With UK cars being right hand drive cars, there's an awful lot of cars
going to the scrap man (junkyard?) with perfect Left hand seats, and I bet
the reverse is true out in the states. If it could be established that seat
trim/spec levels matched across the different markets we could set up a
handy little swap shop.

I wonder what it would cost to ship a crate full of seats across the
pond?
