12 volt loss on pin 31 of fuse panel

Huw - When I looked at the schematics, I noticed that there was a wire
connection shown between pin 31 and the ground buss, but as I did not
measure for any ground, and as I noticed that the pin 31 was also wired to
the coil of the relay, I assumed a mistake in the schematic and I needed
to find 12 volts on the pin 31 (apparently I was wrong big time in that
assumption, according to you). I will look closer at the schematic
tonight, and I will also check for the ground path of pin 31. Thanks, Tex.
