wuzzat VAG tool?

Howdy doo

I was just looking at the Bentley for my A4 and noticed it doesn't call out
the same service intervals as does the owner's manual.  The manual wants oil
changes at 5000 mi. for the 1.8T and 7500 mi. for the 2.8, but Bentley only
covers the 7500 mi. intervals.  Wuzzup wid dat, anyone?

But I digress-- I really wanted to know, what's this VAG 1307 (or 1358, they
seem to be interchangable) oil extractor tool?  Is there some place inside the
block that won't drain through the drain plug?
