Porsche from Germany to UK?

Slight Audi content - Porsche & Audi are cousins (distant ones, lately, but
. . .  )

Client of mine has a buddy who wants to import a later model Porsche (model
not specified, might be a Boxster) used, from Germany to the UK.

Can any of our UK listers advise me about legalities, equipment
requirements, RHD vs LHD cars brought into the UK?
