5ktq problems (need climate control fan)

Kneale,
  Rod at TPC rules.  Dont you think.  Even when his stuff isn't
on special I find its still usually cheaper than anywhere else. 
Maybe the same, maybe way cheaper, but he never seems to be more
expensive.
