You will need a new tie rod up front to clear the turbo, (UrQ type),
need to relocate the battery to the trunk... need a new airbox (igloo
type like UrQ will work).....And of course exhaust work...

Yeah, they heat soak really quickly. If you're taking out the AC you can
fit some decent intercoolers in there.
