Cleaning the Fuel Pump Relay connections of moderate corrosion seems to have 
worked, it starts great hot or cold.  Thanks for the advice.  hopefully I 
won't have to plug in that fuse to jump start the fuel pump for hot starts, 
but it sounds like I'd want to remove it after starting.  Someday I'll try 
checking those problem codes, but I'd just find more stuff I don't have time 
to fix :)
