lol - actually the merc class 1 racer had a large carbon fibre tray mounted
low which had a large flat ballast weight which was perambulated north or
south as required....

four large pairs of oil and water coolers, one each north, south, east
and west (or one over eahc tire...?), with good strong pumps and a
rapidly working valve system that allows the constant redistribution of
