Any BTDTs ? - How hard is it to manually activate the master brake cylinder

The 3 MCs I have had off my cars (2 CGT, & an URQ), were just as you 
describe. I was able to move it once in a vice to hold everything to allow me 
put all my strength into it. Mine worked fine before and after, so I would 
guess your's is fine.
They are extremely stiff. IME, it usually takes 2 people to reassemble them.
