Go to your nearest Caddiddlyack/Buick Deuce & A
Quarter/Oldsnomoremobile dealer...they will look at
you funny, but the part is GM all the way...you might
have to swap out the plastic lever on top, though. 
Tip-bring the programmer with you, an old timer on the
counter might recognize it.

Had the same problem and they will have a motor that
will fit...remember that the climate control stuff was
purloined out of the big GM cars.

Just don't ask me what the p/n was...that was three
years ago and that 5k is now serving a friend 750
miles from here (Atlanta).
