did you bleed all 6 bleed nipples ? master cyl, abs unit + 4 calipers ?

if you did, try braking (i.e. setting the ABS off) the car 1/2 on grass 1/2
on black top and then re-bleed. This should help you get air out of any
circuits that are shut when the ABS is not actuated. NB: I've not tried this
but the info comes from a reliable source, although it was done on a Serria
Cosworth.
