[200q20v] shifter boot

Aren't there supposed to be plastic tabs that do the fastening?  You 
probably have tabs that are broken or stressed so that they no longer 
supply holding power.  I think I've read about someone using clear silicone 
adhesive (like bathtub caulk) to hold the square piece in place.
