Chris,

remove center console side panels (carpeted, one screw each).  You will see 8mm
hex head nuts, one on each side, which fix boot frame to the central console.
Slaken or remove nuts,  place the boot properly and tighten nuts. I may need to
use screwdriver to make space for boot to sit properly.  Do not push hard boot in
because it is just plastic.
