NY Staties have resorted to no roof top lights at all, just the grill and
tail. This is on the marked cars. They now also alternate btw black and
blue, the only telltale sign is the large gold stripe down each side with
their badge on the door. If a dark colored Crown Vic, Suburban 2 dr or
Camaro is coming up fast on your tail, consider yourself warned.....or
nailed!
