ur-s4 T-belt. Need procedure and tips

  Thats exactly what I needed.  Looks like the Crank Holding
tool is Definately different than for the 4k/100/200.  It bolts
up to block rather than sitting on the front engine mount.  Oh
well,  Hope Alex N. has one (or someone in PNW Seattle area) has
one we can borrow. 
  Is this the only special tool I need? Looks like everything
else is pretty much straight forward or like the 10v cars.  
  One last thing, I've heard you should inspect the Cam Chain
inside that turns both Cams.  Is this normal to do???
