coolant dewdrops on the 4kq

Thanks, Jan.  If we keep "topping off" can we get into a sudden 
disaster?  I had a slight Pentosin leak from the hydraulic pump on my 
200q20v last summer that one day became a total dump of the system's 
contents in a five-mile drive.  Can something like that, or a pump seizure, 
occur or will the leaks just get gradually more pesky?
