I commute through the Water Gap on I-80 and for some
months they've been using totally unmarked Malibu's or
some Chevy junk.  Just strobe lights behind the grill.
 Green, brown whatever.  This is now one of those
"targeted enforcement zones".  PA State Troopers are
still the best.  Don't know of any others that will
pass you going the other way when you're both doing
100 and wave.
