While on the topic of dealer ethics I have a question for you all...

Our 98 A4t has gone into the shop 4 times at Classics Auto in Westchester
NY, to get the airbag warning lights checked out. Each time we were told it
was just a sensor problem..and that all it needed was to be reset.

upon the last visit we were finally told that the airbags in the door were
not functioning properly, and as a result the whole airbag system was
deactivated.

I'm wondering if there is anything we can do? car is still under warrenty,
but maybe we can get it extended?

Thanks
Ian
