Autoloc keyless entry install help

I tried to follow the directions at 20v.org but, for starters, there is
nothing where they said the vacuum pump would be. Ug. Seem to have found it
mounted under the rear seat instead. is this simply a function of it being a
1990 coupe? I've been trying to link the whole thing up and have a few
questions as I seem to be getting nowhere fast:

1. is this the vacuum pump? looks like it must be... metal box with a wiring
harness with 5 wires and 2 tubes (black with stripe)
2. the wiring diagram refers to pins 1,2 and 4 on the pump. I see 2 in the
top row and 3 in the bottom... yet none seem to carry 12v+ when the car is
off

for now, I am stumped. any help would be hugely appreciated!
