4000sq subframe swap question

I am putting a new subframe on the 4000sq and I think I might be short a
part. Were the transmission bolts to the subframe I have ONE large
deep-dished washer but there are TWO mounts. Am I missing one of these or is
there not supposed to be one, maybe under the heat shield (right side)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
