The pad (without airbag) can be pulled out. Then a 24 mm nut, and the
steering wheel is loose.. Airbag procedure should be the same +
disarming of bag, but be careful when handling the airbag! I don't
know the exact procedure, don't try removing the airbag without
knowing the procedure!
