Heh, I can't seem to stay ahead of the problems for very long. This morning
I was shocked to see the fuel gauge taking a nose dive as I headed through a
long right hand sweeper on Rt 89. My first impression was "sh*t, I've got a
massive fuel leak and I'm gonna burn". Then as the road straightened, the
gauge quickly returned to the expected level. Then a left hand sweeper, and
the level rapidly climbs. I think I have a dead integrator or "signal
dampener" in the instrument cluster feeding the fuel gauge. Maybe bad
grounds at the cluster again......I was in there about six months ago and
touched up every solder joint in an attempt to fix the wierd display and
illumination issues. Any thoughts ?
