fouling plugs V6 motor

Well, join the club. I just had the local Audi dealer
(Jim Elli$$$) here in Atlanta perform a recall on the
car. All six injectors were replaced, along with the
fuel rail and pressure regulator were changed.

Now I get "2331" fault codes when the engine is cold.
If I "reboot" the ECU when the engine is hot and then
drive, I do not get any error codes.

I have changed the 4-5-6 cyl O2 sensor (previous one
was 10 mos, 10K miles old) and just changed the plugs
today (to Bosch Super tri-ground). Old plugs (same
situation as O2 sensor) plugs were somewhat fouled,
but I have seen worse on a sick MC motor. No change
with these fresh bits.

I am thinking about swapping the 1-2-3 injectors with
the 4-5-6 injectors just to see what happens.
