HELP!! I failed emissions!!

I spend allot of time with vw air cooled which fail emissions all the time
in Colorado. People us and praise a product called "Guaranteed to Pass" it
is an off the shelf product that you can get from you auto parts place and
it is supposed to lower you CO output by something like 15-25%. This might
be you cheapest and easiest fix.

I'm in CT and the three emissions that are tested apparently are
Hyrdocarbon, CO, and NOx.  I JUST BARELY failed on the carbon monoxide
