1.8T motor into an Ur-Q?

Stock is 150...but since I do have good relations with APR, I know a Stage
IV kit is available... Garret GT 28 turbo, inconel manifold, BIG FMIC, new
pistons and conrods, 3" turbo back straight pipe exhaust....yeah 400 hp I
think will do just nicely.

The question is...what can I do about the transmission issue :)
