Cornering feeling *unsafe* 1990 Coupe

I have had this happen on 2 vehicles (not the accident part). Both times it 
turned out to below tire pressure in one or more tires. With the somewhat 
hi-performance tires I had on it was not easily visible by looking at the 
sidewall. I had to take an pressure reading to find out the full-looking 
tire was actually down to 20psi.
