1995.5 UrS6 Avant tailgate question

Yes, BTDT on my '95 A6Q Avant. Unfortunately, I can't really help.
I got all those fasteners off, then had to play with it, breaking
a couple of clips in the process :-(

I never really figured out the "right" way to get it off.
Bentley was no help at all.
