My Quattro mechanic is a 25+ year Porsche mechanic (that's how I found him,
actually...) and he's as honest as the day is long. To give you an idea of
how much I trust him, I've referred a number of my friends and coworkers to
him (for 911 work, 944 S2 tranny work, 90 Quattro stuff)... He also
assembled and installed the engine on my project 911 RS-replica car, and has
been keeping my car at his shop. He's kinda out of the way, though, in
Redmond.... There are other Quattro shops in the area, and when they run
into problems, they usually call him.
