Hydraulic Pressure Accumulator, aka the "Bomb", Question

What does it mean when the Autocheck gives a warning for low hydraulic 
pressure shortly after the car is started, or if the car idles for a long 
time?  I suspect the "bomb", even though it is only 3 years old.
