87 5KCSTQ "lazy tach" & high idle speed

Symptoms: Car idles above 1200 RPM when warm, engine speed drops slowly from
3000 RPM and above during ordinary driving. Sometimes feels as if the cruise
control is on, even when it isn't. You come up behind a slower vehicle, take
your foot off the gas, but the car doesn't slow down as much as you're used
to. Reduced fuel economy.

Solution: WOT idle switch not correctly set. ECU never receives signal that
the throttle is released, so the deceleration valve never gets actuated and
the idle stablizer valve never gets into the act.
Reset idle switch so that a "click" is heard when the the throttle comes off
the lower limit (and a click is heard when it is released).
