Type-44 Questions...rear suspension.

While trying to remove my final drive this weekend, I noticed one of my
rear lower control arm bushings was worn out. This was the bushing between
the trapezoidal arm and the frame of my 200tq. I'm getting a loud clunk
and squeaks, and think I found the cause. 
Can these bushings be replaced individually, or must the entire control
arm be replaced?
If anyone has done this job, where can one source these bushings?
