I just tried it and got to the normal menu of parts type choices for all 
the cars in my yard, which include an '86 4kq, an '87 5ktq, a '91 200q20vt 
and a '90 V8.

I have experienced inability to open the site entirely (as in it's 
off-line), but I've never encountered inability to open part of 
it.   Sometimes, it's slow to respond to a selection.  Maybe you're not 
waiting long enough?
