The price difference is about $8 if I remember correctly. I
bought
the one with the lock cylinder anyhow, and swapped the wafers
around.
The old lock cylinder, particularly on the driver's side, gets
all
worn out with time anyhow, and a new regreased one works so much
better.

Yes, but now you have different keys.
I would prefer to use the new keys and the new cylinder. In fact, the old
key in the old cylinder in the new handle doesn't work so great. Have to
fiddle with it to turn. I'd even consider changing cylinders, but I am
afraid of changing the ignition lock cylinder. Looks too tough.
