Brake Bleeding Problem.

I need some help diagnosing this brake bleeding problem.
I replaced literally all the brake system in my CGT, i.e., all four
calipers(G60 on the front), lines(SS), tubes, MC(25.4mm 5KT wagon), and
fittings. I also add an adjustable bias, a hydraulic parking brake valve,
and removed the stock rear pressure regulator.
Using a Motive pressure bleeder I bled the system last night.
I used 15 psi in the pressure bleeder, and it hold steady until I start
opening the bleeding screws. After couple of calipers I had to do a few
pumps in order to bring it back to 15 psi. BTW, It never dropped below 11
psi.
I first bled the clutch, then the normal procedure of RR,RL,FR,FL calipers,
then RR again.
Everything seemed to be fine, no more air or air bubbles, just clear fluid.
Also, the reservoir was always full.
So, I jumped in the car and the pedal is going all to way to the floor, with
little or no resistance.
Frustrated, I bled the system again, with no bubbles coming out of the
calipers, just clear fluid.
What do you all think?
Air trapped in the MC?
Bad MC (I'm using a remanufactured one)?
Air some place else in the system?
I'm open for suggestions.
TIA,
Carlos.
