Resistance of 4kq temp sender???

Heya,
  Please reply directly to this if you could.  I'm not recieving
all list mail.
  But I need the resistance for checking the temp sender at the
back of the head on a 4kq.  Also, what temp should it be checked
at.
  Also, any other ideas for a friends 4kq that has no power at
partial throttle but then if you floor it it takes off. 
Obviously closing the WOT switch somehow fixes the problem. 
I'll also be checking the output for the CPR to see what its at.
 But I had a bad temp sender once and it gave me similar part
throttle charachteristics.
  Anyhow, just trying to troubleshoot it for them.
