Electrical problem

Hi!

Yesterday when I started my 97 A6 quatto wagon with 37K the
AC, outside thermometer, left and right blinkers and all wipers were
dead. I have checked all fuses (both boxes) and all fuses are ok.
Any ideas on what may be causing this? Could it be a bad circuit breaker?
If so which one would be linked to these components?
Or anything else maybe?
