Full Bleeding Part II

Thanks for the replies, but the problem persists.

I did the bench bleeding on the MC, although I'm a little skeptical. The two
ports pointing down on this MC makes me think that after the bench bleeding,
air goes inside when I remove the lines used at the bench bleeding.

Put the MC back on, bled with A LOT OF FLUID, until no more bubbles.

Pedal is still soft.

Then, I decided to make sure I was bleeding this thing completely. So, I
bled the whole system again, but this time with ATE Blue. This way I could
see that the system was totally flushed.

Pedal is still soft.

After that, I found a very small leak at the cockpit brake bias valve. I
tightened the fitting and it stopped.

Pedal now has a very little resistance at the end (or my leg was getting
tired of pumping???).

Another fact I found while bench bleeding, the point where the shaft
actuated by the pedal touches the MC is 5mm closer to the shaft on the stock
MC than on the bigger MC. It came to my mind that I might not being able to
pump the MC to its full travel.

The next steps are:

1. Adjust the shaft to actually touch the inside of the installed new MC.
This is a pain, since the nut is behind the pedal.

2. Put the original MC back. If it works, I might have a defective MC.

Any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated,

Carlos.
