Advice on replacing blower motor

I have the blower motor ready to put into a 1989 200TQ.

Is there any writeup for replacement, or steps that need to be taken, for a 
DIYer on the WWW ? The Bentley gives a few clues but its not clear to me, what 
has to be done and in what order....

I have taken the IC out a few times, but not the whole dash, steering wheel, or 
glovebox, temp sensor, or whatever else needs to be done.
