Rear trapezoidal arm bushings

The bushings in the rear trapezoidal arms on my '90 200TQ are going
bad. I hear loud clunks when the rear goes over bumps. When checking
out part number, I find the front bushings (the small ones) having
three different part numbers, depending on what bracket that is
installed. A VIN changeover is included, by my car is something that
is rather home-made (FWD floorpan modified etc.) so I don't know what
VIN the rear suspension comes from. How do I distiguish between the
different brackets?
The rear tie rods are new, should I replace anything more than the big
bushing in the rear of the trapezoidal arm and the small bushings in
front? The toe-in-adjuster bushings are (for some strange reason)
extremely expensive..
