front control arm bushings, tightening

Hi listers.

2 month ago when I did front end in my 200tqw '89, it seems to me, I
tighten bolts/nuts where control arm is attached to the subframe while
car was jacked up.  If I remember correctly I saw warning in Bentley
about tightening on wheels in respect to sway bar bushings (in control
arms) but I did not see that for inner bushings.  Did I missed it?
Shall I slacken bolts and tighten it again with car on wheels?  Car was
not driven much since I finished working on it (maybe 100 mi) but was on
wheels all this time.
